To the Tune of “A Hole in the Bucket”

There’s a hole in the wall, Dear Daddy, Dear Daddy.
There’s a hole in the wall, Dear Daddy, a hole.

That’s the cold air return vent Dear Gracie, Dear Gracie.
The cold air returns there, Dear Gracie, that hole.

So then we should fill it, Dear Daddy, Dear Daddy.
Well then we should fill it, Dear Daddy. Fill it.

But why would we fill it, Dear Gracie, Dear Gracie!
But why would we fill it, Dear Gracie. Pray tell!

To chase off the vermin, Dear Daddy, Dear Daddy!
To chase off the vermin, Dear Daddy, that Rat.

There’s no rats to chase down, Dear Gracie, Dear Gracie.
No rats to chase, Gracie. There’s just your Sister.

We’ll fill it with Rosie, with Rosie, Dear Daddy!
We’ll fill it with Rosie, said Gracie. With Rose.
